  2. Perfect wake up video first thing in the morning. It flew by & now I’m ready to start my day. Landed on the mat tired & achy- leaving it energized & well.

  3. First time doing this practice in our new house so I finally don't have to be mindful of others when doing the feet wake up call 🎉

  4. Loved this practice! In one of the final twists, I looked to the right out my window to see birds gathering in the top of a leafless tree. As 2019 spring bloomed when this video was shot, 2021 fall begins.
