  5. going to try to interact more in the comments to feel more connected to the journey, and others on it as well – really hoping this helps me stay consistent. this flow was challenging – [brought more attention to my core and breath, especially when trying to be mindful about my form] but I learned a bunch in the process😅 [ how to leverage my breath more, reconnecting with the ground and my support system (corners of the feet, shoulders, etc. ) ]. I am so excited for what's to come in this journey!

    Edit: just finished this first session (I also did the beginner's yoga vid in her channel thats 20 min long). I'm glad I did it.

  8. It's July 4th and it took me 2 days to complete DAY 1. It was heart pounding. NO jumping jacks or headstand YET / OR EVER. I've been everyday on the mat since January BREATHE. This is challanging.

    Practice today actually felt shorter than 40 minutes (which is always a good thing!) This is my second time doing this practice and, even though the first time was only a couple of months ago, I’ve come a long way! I actually didn’t feel like I was dying this time!🤣 (except the for the part where we extended our legs in boat😂). I’m so grateful to be starting the month of July off right! (Which happens to be my birth month and I’m not quite ready to be 18 as yet). Sending love and light as always❤️💫 HOT BOY SUMMER HERE I COME!🤪😂

  10. I really liked this up to the 'V's at the end. These were too hard for me, I didn't adjust enough, and today, the next day, my back is quite sore. A reminder to listen to my body and figure out how to do what is right for me.
