🧘‍♀️ Advance your development as a yoga instructor and student through my 300-hour YTT in Bali “Intrinsic Genius”:

When movement is initiated and executed primarily on breath It allows the movement practice to become meditative, giving the quality of riding or surfing on the breath, rather than the clunkier effect of riding on thoughts.

Breath has literally moved me when I ride it with my whole heart and soul. This new understanding of what breath means is one of the things I so love sharing about! It has changed my practice so significantly that a large part of my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is focused on mastering the art of moving on the breath and teaching this skill to others.

I hope this little sequence gives you a tiny nudge to dance along with breath!

Love you,
Meghan

  1. I think that's how it feels when you deep in the ocean appreciating every wave that cares you…btw most beautifully done especially with inhale | exhale diming in the background
