  1. I'm a PhD researcher and I'm currently writing three thesis chapters in tandem. This week I've really been struggling to formulate my thoughts (never mind articulate them in writing!) so I am very grateful to have found this practice. It was the perfect start to my day and I'm looking forward to grabbing a cup of hot water with lemon before I sit down and get to work today. Thank you Adriene for sharing this practice. Namaste

  2. Thank you, Adriene, for endlessly giving yourself and your time to share your life's work. I can feel how much you want to help us all find comfort in the practice, as you have. Thank you for leading the way.

  3. Thank you so much for your amazing videos! I am so grateful for the work you've put into all the things you offer. I was wondering, would it be possible to have a yoga session for coders/programmers?

  4. Hello, Adrienne. I love practicing with you and so do my two sisters, we are your little fan club here. I have almost finished my dissertation and suffered greatly, as I disconnected from the flow and tried to pull through this is a very rational and disciplined manner. But I am creative, a lover of colors and words and only made it to the end in one piece because, as a writer of my dissertation, I connected back into my intuition and flow of spirit, body and mind. Yoga and meditation have been a great part in this little success story. Thank you.

  5. I've ever practiced this session, but I thoroughly enjoyed and can see how it would help all levels of creativity. Its so nice to get out of ones head and just focus on breathing. I know it must promote writing because here I am writing, if not too creatively, writing none the less. Keep the good juices flowing💚

  6. This is such a great session. I appreciate all your comments throughout to open and stretch and encourage. I'm sharing this with my writing group and hope it becomes a regular part of our routines. Thank you.

  7. During both lockdowns I got back to writing, but during this second one, it really took off and I'm almost at the finishing line, so naturally, my back is killing me. This really helped, especially because I hadn't realised I wasn't even breathing properly beforehand, I must have been taking little sips of air all morning and not actually breathing. Terrific practice thank you! I'm heading back to my desk!

  8. I was enjoying my peaceful breaths and the silence in the room during one of the stretches, then when she suddenly said "W FOR THE WRITERSSS" I just cracked up and I don't know why but it was so funny
