  1. I was diabetic type 2. After being on a diet and doing this yoga 30 minutes a day. I have lost 3 stone in 4 months. Healthy eating combined with this. I am no longer diabetic. I love doing this. I actually enjoy this workout. Makes me feel good.

    I really like this and other videos from your channel and started recently.
    But one thing need correction i believe in this video, in Cat Cow pose.

    I saw your other video which does it correctly— in cat, its supposed to be exhaled since we squeeze our belly in ( u cant do that while inhale) while in cow it’s supposed to be inhale.

I know that this tutorial is so long ago but l have only just come across your channel & l love it ,lve put a lot of weight on since turning 50 plus a few health problems but"No Excuses l need to do something & I absolutely love your channel but l find that when l do the exercise when l lift my backs legs up the left side is fine but when I try to lift my write leg my body wobbles & l struggle, l do have ciatica l wonder if this is why? Please could you give me some advice, Wil it get better as l go on lam a newbie, thank you so much love love your channel 💖x

  7. This is probably one of my favorite yoga routines. I have lost so much weight by eating better, doing this yoga routine, and staying consistent with myself. For anyone else lacking motivation, you have it in you. No matter what, you can always achieve what you put your heart into.
