Yoga for Vulnerability | Move #withme | Yoga With Adriene

Join me for this 35 minute loving and powerful grounding yoga session. This special at-home practice is anchored in an invitation to focus on the rise and fall. Through this structure we will lean in and use the tools of asana, breath, and science to welcome a sense of peacefulness and ease for both mind and body.

The awareness of my own vulnerability has made me more aware of others’ vulnerability and more loving and receptive in general. Thank you for taking some time to be with yourself, to care for your self, and to notice what all is possible.

  1. I am dealing with a lot of open-ended stories atm. A girl I'm about to have the third date with, new challenges at work on a weekly basis, mental health issues in isolation… this little session was just what i needed! <3

… to begin with after writing this comment 😀

  2. Whenever I have a hard day and feel like I need something to make me feel relaxed I come back to this practice ,it's so good ,I started it tonight feeling so heavy in my heart almost crying and ended it accepting my emotions and grounded, at the end when I hugged myself ,my cat came and hugged me too , appreciating the sweet moments life offers ❤️
    Thank you Adriene,so much. 💞

  3. Thank you Adriene! During this practice, I realized more deeply how I have the tendency to criticize and judge others in my mind in order to make myself feel better. I became more aware of the fact that I do this because of my own insecurity. So in the future, when I start to criticize or judge, I will use it as a reminder to tell myself that I am OK as I am and I am loved and supported. Actually the feeling of feeling loved and supported is what I'm deeply need and am looking for. Yoga with you has helped me to be quiet enough to hear my inner voice. Thank you 😃

  4. I just finished reading the novel of J. Niven "All the bright places" and this Vulnerability practice is just what I needed. You know, like when you decide to read YA book to find out what all the hype is about, thinking you‘re too much an adult to be really touched by a YA story. But there I am – I swallowed the book in 3 days and I am very touched by it. So like a said, after I took my time to cry over the ending, I found this video here and Vulnerability sequence is just what I needed. Thank you, Adrienne!

  5. This practise was perfect. I had an overwhelming day, don't quite know how to deal with it and being afraid of this sadness relating a certain topic. But I felt like needed to make space for the sadness and vulnerability to heal♡ thank you once again!

  6. I have been struggling with the ten year anniversary of the sudden death of my partner and doing this practice was the first time in weeks I have felt at peace. Thank you so much

  7. 💫if you happen to read this comment, I was meant to tell you that you are a beautiful soul who deserves compassion, love, happiness, health, and peace💫

chose to do this practice on a day when i was vulnerable in my relationship.
i am allowed to feel the way i am feeling
    i choose to forgive
i choose to believe that i am as good as everybody else.

  8. Thank you so much,
You and your practices are some of the best things that happened to me Adriene,
I have been following your videos for a few months now,
This part however was extremely difficult for me 13:24
It was hard to just sit tall, and to forwardfold after that.
Is there something you'd suggest I do? a specific video or a list I should follow?
    Thanks a lot.

  9. It's a rainy morning in Vancouver, BC. I chose to do this practice outside under my deck. The softness of this practice combined with the sounds of raindrops and birds chirping complimented eachother beautifully. I feel grateful to have had this experience and feel more connected to myself and the world around me. Thank you Adriene. You continue to remind me to slow down and listen to what my body needs. To find what feels good. 💚🧚🙏 Namaste.

  10. I felt such energy and exciment when Adriene mentioned Brene Brown. Right now, her and Adriene are my top leaders.
Ohhhh this practice felt like a big and confortable HUG.
So grateful for this practice. I felt vulnerable and now i feel more strong

  11. This was one of my favourite practices ever. I gave myself a really nice hug, which is weird as someone who struggles a lot with self-hate! Thank you so much Adriene and Benji. Namaste.xxxx 💕🐾☮❤🧘‍♀️

  12. I accept your gift of this beautiful video, made with love from you to me and the entire World. It was Awesome it let me dump my anger onto my yoga mat at todays practice. Helped me regain a calm disposition. Need to work on my breathing so I am not holding or clenching as you say. Thank you, thank you, thank you, you are a saviour in the Yoga sense. Much Love ❤️Scarlet 🧘🏽‍♂️Namaste

  13. I have been doing YWA religiously since 30-day Breath in January. This practice was exactly what I needed as I face a fork in the road of my life and career. Finding Adriene has been the best thing to come out of lockdown for me. I am eternally grateful and hope I can keep the daily practice up. Thank you!

  14. I've been practicing yoga for almost 4 years now but this practice has been the first time I had become teary. Thank you so much, Adriene. I felt vulnerable yet protected and loved. Namaste
