  1. Hi, I have a question. When you mentioned rotating the shoulders, did you mean pushing back similar to pinching a pencil or forward? Thanks for the great video!

  2. Fantastic flow! My neck and shoulders feel better than they have in months and regular massages! Thank you 🙏🏻

  7. Thank you Adriene for saving my life. I'm not exaggerating. You saved me from excruciating pain because of herniation in my neck. Pain that nothing helped me from. This yoga class has become as natural and every-day for me as breakfast, coffee and breathing. God bless you, you are an angel.

  8. i love how you describe every move and tell us what to do with every body part. we don't have to look at the screen, but just listen to your voice.

  9. Im crying. I needed this for years and didn’t have enough money to visit the chinese physician who pointed out my neck problems accurately. I have problems wiith from pectoral tightness up to jaw tension and misaligned teeth from jaw tension and didnt find exercises that worked until now. Even the kink in my breathing is gone, i can breathe deeply again. Ive been depressed but now feel so great after this exercise. All hail yoga master adriene.

  10. I have so much stress built up in my upper back. Your videos keep me sane in my life and give me hope that there is a better way 🙂 Thank you!
