  9. Im crying. I needed this for years and didn’t have enough money to visit the chinese physician who pointed out my neck problems accurately. I have problems wiith from pectoral tightness up to jaw tension and misaligned teeth from jaw tension and didnt find exercises that worked until now. Even the kink in my breathing is gone, i can breathe deeply again. Ive been depressed but now feel so great after this exercise. All hail yoga master adriene.
