Yoga For Tension Relief | Yoga With Adriene

Please join me for this 28-minute at-home yoga practice designed to help you feel good and bring you back into a balanced state. As we know, emotional, mental, and/or physical stress can lead to the collection of tension in the mind and body. This cooling and calming practice was created specifically to help relieve any accumulated tension.

Become present with what’s happening this very moment. A gentle reminder to call upon the breath, body awareness, and to find stillness. This practice can be used as preventative care or to address current tension and stress.

Invite a sense of calm and, as always, Find What Feels Good.

  1. I just finished your 30
Day Breathe practice a couple days ago. I cannot express the tension I feel in my neck and head. I know it’s a spiritual thing..won’t last long! This routine really helped some
Of that tension loosen up 💪🏼🙏🏼✨

  2. This was Amazing!!! I have been far too stressed by my daily life lately and this helped sm I was laughing after, also my cat was laying next to me the whole time too 😅

  3. I normally have you in my TV, but my toddler was watching it quietly. I was not ruining that. So, I put you on my phone and put my headphones in. I thought I keep hearing something when you got quiet, so I focused on it. With the head phones in you can hear your heartbeat. Thought that was interesting and had to share.

  4. During the neck movements, I started feeling a little bit stress, breathing faster but listen to you and focusing on my breath, I felt safe. Breathing is the key. After that, I felt much better. 🙂 Thanks a lot. Namaste <3

  5. Wow, I really needed this today… I remembered how difficult it was to focus on my breath the last time I did this sequence, but somehow I wanted to try it again. I came to the mat with tension headaches, tight shoulders, stress and heaviness in the chest. Tears were falling down during the whole practice – but now I feel much more better and released. Thank you so much for this video! I hope you're doing well 🍀💖
