  1. Hey Adriene! I really enjoy doing yoga with you! But it would be great if you could offer some alternatives for us fat people who don’t exactly have room to fold ourselves into pretzels — child’s pose and reclined pigeon especially are always difficult for me since my belly doesn’t give me room to breathe in child’s pose and my thighs don’t give me room to thread the needle in reclined pigeon. I have no problem with strength of flexibility (I‘m a dancer!) but I hate feeling like I’m too big for yoga, especially since it’s all about radical acceptance and self-compassion. I have no desire to lose weight but I would love to feel more welcome in your yoga community. Thank you so so much!!

  2. Thank you for your help with mental, emotional and physical health care. It helps me to better health to my daily chores. Learn to deal with these corrona times.

Loving health and with many thanks from Åse Lammethun in Florø Norway <3

  3. That was awesomely strength giving. I still can’t lift both my feet off the ground but hey ho I did the rest and feel invigorated and INVINCIBLE. Thank you Adriene – you’re so awesomely amazing. Buckets of Lovely to you all and God Bless 🙏😇💞

  4. I had nice sweat which is neither too much nor too little. It allowed me to build a sense of strength and integration. very grateful for your offering and everybody in the world who shared this practice with me during my practice. So good to come back to the body and to love oneself spreading it to the world. Namaste!

  5. this was my morning yoga session today omg this was great after my transcendental meditation !!!! love all your videos!! all the way from Trinidad and Tobago an aspiring yoga and capoeira teacher saying hi namaste and one love to you and your group!!!

  6. Cultivate day 1 moved to day 4 due to time constraints earlier. Worked out perfectly today for a longer session- thunderstorms outside so can't walk or mow the lawn. Yoga much appreciated.

  7. Yoga with Adriene has become a habit for me. I started when I had to stay at home as lockdowns were imposed in our country when the pandemic started in March 2020. I'm still at it now. Thanks, Adriene! You don't know how much you have been part of what's keeping me sane, healthy, and strong 🙂

  8. Day 1 of the August calendar for me and I feel so present. I’m grateful for taking a chance to cultivate space in the unknown with y’all 💞

  9. I started sobbing half-way through the practice. I've struggled with depression all my life, more severely so over the past ten years, since my early to mid-twenties. Despite some recent personal setbacks and despite what's going on globally, I'm finally able to go off my meds. I feel so grateful and liberated to be able to finally sense my body in a whole different way. If ever I get the chance to bump into Adriene personally, I really just wanna give her the biggest hug possible. It's potentially going to be slightly awkward, I hope that's ok.

  10. This was amazing! I did it this morning and it was so on point for me and what I needed! So much gratitude for this .. I missed Benji but I think this one will be a daily ritual for me.

  11. I was about to quit halfway through the video. I'm glad I didn't, though I didn't feel it today as I did before. I guess my mind was preoccupied by something. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow

  12. Just finished this. Excited to reboot my yoga journey on time at the beginning of a month (ahaha) as I'm part of Cultivate. Also wanted to thank you Adriene, as you make yoga fun but also fulfilling to complete as well. You're honestly the only way I can practice yoga and enjoy it without wondering "how much longer". I've been subscribed for a long time, but finally taking the time to dedicate more yoga within my life.
