  1. it is my first day of work after a week of vacation, my first vacation in 2021! But feeling stiff as a board after a week of no stretching, this was a great practice for my tight lower back and to wake up the muscles again

  2. Thank you for this practice. I carved out a little more time today than usual so gave a longer video a try – really glad I did. I really heard what you said about the speed we are trying to get back to normal after the pandemic. There has been much more job stress in this last year and I also with my own life not being it's normal self, I haven't had the same release. It's been challenging. Thanks for being here. Much love x

  3. I almost started crying by the end of this ? I think I didn't realize how much I was holding in until I had a chance to let it out….Thank you Adriene!! <33

  4. Thank you Adriene. I have been enjoying your yoga for several years now but have never commented before. I particularly loved this workout and wanted to express my gratitude – it was exactly what my tired, sore muscles needed. ❤

  5. I cannot believe the strength, wisdom and love you have taught me through the practice. I never thought I would ever be able to do any of these moves or breathing
You’ve saved my life! Thank you so so very much 🥰
