  1. Ok you are super flexible and have great balance, but I have a high pain tolerance and can carry heavy objects around. Kinda like a Frankenstein but better looking. Señora, sus pies son hermosos.

  2. Thank you so much for posting these videos, Kino. I've graduated to being an Omstars member, but it's nice to see the hits sometimes…!!! Plus, your feet are beautiful.

  3. just digging for in depth explanations! you are very good with your performance while speaking. you perform your asannas like you were a hydraulic machine. you are intense in what you do with your life.

  4. I`ve got constant lower back pain and tightness. In my try to acquire a solution for my concern, I have tried personally several suggestions however it doesn`t help, no one have been competent to aid. However, using this particular back ache guide book, "fonon fetching site" ( 7wow.cc/85rg ), was able to deal with my back tightness significantly. I personally achieved much ease and comfort because of it. You should try this particular guidebook also!.

  5. I've been practicing off an on for an aggregate of about 10 years; I practice at Yoga Oasis in Tucson; however, as awesome as the instructors are; I'm still unable to accomplish most of the arm balances. I think its more leverage issues than strength.

Anyway; as while in class its difficult to examine the separate moves; so, your website is a great addition to my studio practice.

    Thank you!

  6. Ok girly, I have a couple of questions. 1. Can u take a picture of ur toe ring 😂 2. I'm a huge 5ft tall & even though I've been practicing for 3 yrs My downward dog alignment isn't like urs. Could u pls help me. I have the same mat u do on this tutorial. 3. When I spread my ft hip width apart they are a bit wider than urs. Is that ok? Uve been my yoga guru since I started my practice so ur input means a lot 2 me. 🙏🏼

  7. Thank you for this Kino! I used it this morning to warm up for my challenge pose with @cyogalab! Awesome video, nice and quick but still felt warmed up. I added in some double pigeon at the end 🙂

  8. awesome video, but there are some things that I'm not able to do, so how can I modify? like the arm press towards the end and the compass. I'm carrying a lot of weight at the moment, trying to lose it. so to lift myself like that to swing through is a distant goal and the compass will be a slightly closers goal, but not attainable at this time. Also I don't know if you have a video, but could you make one to open up and get the crunches out of your body when you get up out of bed? Like a 5 min stretch?

  9. Hi Kino ( love your name by the way:))
