  1. Hi Adriene just wanted to say thank you so much for creating this video. I have suffered with chronic migraines for years and have recently decided to come off my medication in favour of mindfulness practice. Your videos have me cope so much better with the migraines. I tried this particular video for the first time tonight and my symptoms have drastically reduced. Thank you x

  2. Lifesaver- I’m on the first day of a family vacation and have had a migraine. Couldn’t get to the chiropractor before leaving. Hopes it would go away. Woke up this morning still with pain m, decided to “google” yoga for migraines. I should have known you would have something to help! Just finished the practice and already feel some relief. Plan to repeat throughout the day!!

  3. It worked thankyou so muchhh!! I was feeling horrible and stressed, and anxious because I woke up flushed and with a migraine. This calmed me down greatly and grounded me! I cannot thankyou enough

  4. once again, your love, kindness and care shine through, Adriene. i was on the verge of a migraine this morning and this practice was exactly what i needed to calm myself and trust in my body’s ability to heal itself. thank you for trusting your path and for your incredible generosity in sharing it with the world. love and blessings to you always.

  5. Nice explanation. My mother was suffering from it. It was very painful. She didn't want to take
any allopathic medicine. Then I ordered a Migrain care pack of planet ayueveda for her. She started recovering
within one month just because of this. Thanks to Planet Ayurveda.

  6. Chronic migraines here
This helped a lot at onset of hormonal migraine
I utilized basil oil for the session and find it very calming to the migraine and complementary to this amazing practice!
    Thanks for your gift 🙏💙🦋

  7. This is one of favourite self care videos. When I have a migraine, I feel hopeless and sad too. Everything seems too overwhelming . This yoga session helps me so much, not only physically, but emotionally as well. Thank you!

  8. Wow this helped me a lot! It’s my first time doing yoga but I found your video easy to follow. My migraine was getting worse and I didn’t wanna take my meds yet so I came upon this video. Will definitely do this exercise more often. 😊

  9. There’s no feeling more vulnerable than the point at which you need to admit you need help. I’m not ashamed (after many months of practice with Adriene through her videos) that I spent a lot of this practice with tears rolling down my face. I had a headache this morning and whilst I would normally opt for the more physical practices, at the last moment I decided that that’s not what my body needed today. As Adriene says in the video – a lot of emotion can come up when we’re in pain. It’s a reminder that we need to be kinder to ourselves that can feel like an admission of weakness. But it’s not: pain is just your body trying to tell you what it needs. Today, what I needed was a gentle, mindful practice and to let off some emotional steam. Sitting up now, I feel so much lighter and felt compelled to write this comment. Adriene, thank you for teaching me how to listen to my body. I hope everyone using this video finds relief and peace, be it emotional or physical, even if just for these short 20 minutes. Namaste ❤️
