The 40 Day Kundalini Yoga Mental Health Reboot is a unique program that will not only help you remove blockages but also enhance your caliber in life.   4. Sat Nam, Mariya. I just found your YouTube series and would like to start. For the past 5 months I’ve been dealing with unusual physical symptoms (mostly bottom of feet) but all doctors say I’m perfectly healthy. I finally got a psych assessment and was told I have general anxiety disorder & am clinically depressed. A long time ago, Kundalini helped me work through a similar state I was in (fear-driven somatic symptoms, loneliness, anxiety and depression). So I’m hoping your sessions can help me this time. The only question I have is … do I just pick two or three meditations that are tailored to my situation … or do I just go through each different Kriya day-to-day for 40 days? Bipolar, Borderline Personality Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, recovery from substance abuse disorder, alcoholism – and my sons (two) have the ADD / ADHD labels – but yes they are just labels – and they do not define me or my sons. My spiritual awakening has led me to exploring Kundalini Yoga and so I'm embracing it with arms open wide and excited about the healing I am sure I will experience and then be able to teach others!   6. So glad I’m here for this I started a kundalini training and I’m just lost at where to begin so I’m going to start here. I’m currently feeling stuck and sad in life. I’m on the road to recovery w 4 mths sober but I’m unemployed w out a license and stuck at home w no direction

Would you please advise on how important it might be to follow the videos in sequence, as opposed to doing those that address issues one might be feeling on a particular day? And perhaps repeating the ones that seem most directed toward one's specific needs? Or is there balance or other particular benefit to doing the series in the particular order as posted?   11. i struggle with trauma. i keep replaying the same trauma program where i attract the same type of abusive men. i feel heavy, depressed at times. almost paralyzed. it has been 7 years. there are days i feel i am over it, but i am not. my career has been affected, so i took a huge pay cut.

  12. Yes, I think I suffer from many of those things. I can't seem to get my hope back. I am stressed because so many things have changed. I have a person in the family that has done some negative things, and makes me feel very bad.

I am about to begin a stressful term at school as a music teacher I constantly feel needy of energy and often feel wrung out at the end of the day so that I can't find time for exercise which would help freshen my mind and make me mentally healthier. I am constantly plagued by things I need to do, feel guilty when I am behind with things and managing a busy schedule gets draining. Thank you again. Sx

  20. Hi Mariya, this new 40 day challenge looks really amazing and you are a blessing for providing it. I have a question which I didn't find in the comments below. I have been doing the 40-days weight loss challenge since February, so till today I've completed it 3 times and it really has been a wonderful journey and experience. I have seen so many improvements health-wise, but also on my body and on my mental health. I have finished the weight loss challenge 2 days ago and discovered this new challenge. My question is, can both challenges be done at the same time everyday, or should I take a break for the weight loss challenge and focus only on the mental health challenge? If they can be done both simultaneously, how would you recommend doing them? (one right after the other, or one in the morning, one in the evening). I will be very grateful for your advice on this. Thank you again <3 My struggles with mental health vary, but atm I am struggling with putting myself down and focusing on bettering my life, or living my life to the fullest and identifying what it is that I want atm. So thank you so much! Just started the weight loss challenge again as it helped me before (didn't do it for weight loss though) and found this so I switched on day 23 <3 on my day 3 now and it feels already amazing <3 Namaste!

Thanks a lot for your efforts Mariya!! <3 My intense travel @ work and long working hours needing to be at the top all the time makes my energy drain off… would be great to get some tips about how to liberate space on the mind during/end of the day so it stays bright, relaxed and not foggy when lots is going on.
