  1. Carve out the time, my friends! Let me know how your practice went in the comment section below!

"And still, after all this time,
The sun never says to the earth,
    "You owe Me"

    Look what happens with
    A love like that.
    It lights the Whole Sky"

  2. Thanks for this video I'm recovering from a respiratory illness due to Asthma. I need to work my body as well as my mind nomustay.

  3. This practice really stuck with me, I love the constant reminder that all parts are connected. And is super perfect now that I cannot put my weight on my wrist. Hoping for other epic hand free practices like this one! Xoxo

  4. You are a blessing Adriene at this time …. ! I love your humanness and Benji You bring a smile and know when to remind me to smile.

  6. I have a torn labrum in my left hip, on the front near my hip flexor. Apart from that, I have a lot of hip pain that I think may be my SI joint. I’ve been dying to try yoga and literally everyone I asked recommended these videos. As long as nothing is super painful is it okay for me to proceed?

  7. This is by far my favorite yoga video on YouTube. I’ve followed dozens of videos but nothing does my body better than this right here. Been doing this video about once a month since it’s come out years ago.

  8. Thank you Adriene, forever love your practices. I've been busy with life and had difficulty trying to fit in daily yoga, but just wanted to say you have enlightened me to more awareness of my body and self care. As a teacher, mother, wife, sister, daughter, I feel pulled in all my roles, your practice gives me peace. Today this practice has helped me to release the tension in my hip area. At the start of the summer I twisted my back lifting heavy boxes. Recovery is slow and steady, your beautiful practice helps with the healing. Muchas gracias, thank you, love you❤

  9. Thank you. I'm new to yoga and my body feels great after a 2km walk I did your yoga routine afterwards and thank you again. May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you.

  10. Love this sequence so much. I have facet joint degeneration so this is super for it. I do it a few times a week..HEAVENLY.

  11. Adriene!!!! Thank you so much for all of these videos. I hurt my back moving recently and these back love videos have been instrumental in getting me back on my feat. Thank you so much!!!!

  12. I don't even know why I clicked on this video because my leg was bothering me, not my back but I feel amazing now. As a former LMT, I know how everything in the body is connected, but it still feels like magic to relieve leg pain by stretching my back! I'm so thankful for these videos 🙂

  13. Thank you Adriene for sharing your practice. I watch this video a couple times a week because of my tight hips. I was wondering if you can post a video for people with stiff hips? Namaste

  14. thank you so much for the beautiful video, that not only helped my back:
you make me feel kind of "at home" with myself, when i do your yoga sessions.

  15. This practice is also excellent for releasing some juicy farts that may be trapped in your tum tum! Heheh, thank you, Adriene! ^-^

  16. I was diagnosed with depression 5 months ago. Still on medications. Last week, it was rough. I was relapsing. My whole house was a freaking mess. 60% of my plants died of neglect. This week, I’ve been doing these videos every other day and each time I finish a yoga practice, I feel lighter, happier. Thank you Adriene! Please keep doing what you do. 😘

  17. Adrienne should take cold medicine before every practice. It really brings out her LOOPY, goofy side- I love it.

  18. Sellout to BLM and YouTube and the payoff is continuous recommendations even if I downvote or check the ‘Do not recommend …’ option. Boring and useless channel.

  19. This is one of my favorite practices from Adriene. I’ve come back to it countless times whenever my low back is feeling some extra tension. She provides the perfect amount of movement and release work I need to get back to feeling loose and relaxed, yet stable. Thanks, Adriene! 🙂

  20. Wonderful. Tried for first time. Had bad hip tightness. Was a gentle flow to get hips in motion for the start of my day. Thank you for making. 🥰

  21. BODY CHALLENGE D-2 This easy comforting yoga helped releasing tesion on my hips and lower back after 20 min-full body workout and 20 min-full body HIIT workout with dumbbells at home. I love doing yoga with Adriene, Benji, and Adriene's yoga community in the world! It always help me getting back into my body and being in touch with my full body awareness for integration. As a survivor with complex-PTSD, yoga practice has been a critical self-care practice. Namaste!
