    How do you feel after today's practice?

  2. Omg. At the beginning of doing this video I had an inner vision of water dripping because you said to see within. I had no idea what that picture of drops were in my mind’s eye.

    But by the end my body had rolling sweat and i could feel each sweat slowly drop fall off me.. one by one… so funny how that was confirmation that we can see other than our natural eyes.

    Thanks! My heart beat got to 140! So nice and just slow simple moves. You’re great.

  3. Dog decided this practice would be the perfect time to lie at the front of the mat and stare at me so every time I went down for cobra his face was by my face.

  8. Thank you, Adriene, for so many hours of yoga that help me feel better, focus better. As a 70+ participant, I have found that using light hand weights has enabled me to continue practicing yoga for years without pain in my arthritic hands. So instead of leaning on my palms during downward dog, for example, I grasp a hand weight in each hand and lean on them.

  9. Adriene, why do I always imagine you being a judge on Rupaul's Drag Race ? Anybody Drag Race fan here wishing for this crossover ?

  10. I'm practicing outside today and used headphones to follow along. You can ever-so-faintly hear Adriene's heartbeat throughout the practice. It was a sweet form of connection today I wasn't expecting.
