  4. Just did this after a 4-day backcountry hiking trip and it really helped loosen up my tight/sore body. Just wondering if someday you could make a yoga video specifically for muscle relaxation/release after long hiking trips with heavy backpacks?

  5. I am currently training for a cycling event and did this today on my rest day. Oh my goodness! That glute massage at the end was PERFECT! Didn't even know I needed that massage until now. Will definitely return to this video 🙂 Thanks Adriene!
