  1. I invite you to contemplate what it feels like to be courageous this week, finding ways to carve out the time to show up for yourself and for others, as well as honoring that pause.
A pause to sit up tall, to anchor in the breath, a pause that allows you to respond from a true place, rather than just react.

The courage to show up. That is where it starts.
    And it starts with you.
    And me too.
I’ll see you on the mat.

  2. I had the courage today to do yoga on days when I'm on prednisone for a chest infection caused by Asthma, it's nice to forget the side effects of this medication for twenty minutes or so and focus on getting my body strong again nomustay.

  3. I have been following YWA for 5+ years now, practicing nearly every day. I don't know if I can quite express how much I DIDN'T want to hope on the mat today because of some very difficult emotional issues I'm going through at the moment, but I forced myself…when you practice yoga 360 days a year, it's kind of hard-wired. I chose this practice because I really need to get in touch with my courage, which I know is in there, somewhere. The practice didn't solve any of the external issues, but I took care of myself and I am once again reminded of HOW AMAZING YWA is…THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

  4. Anyone else love a giggle when their sweaty back farts as they bring their knees up to their chest? 🤣

  5. thank you – I enjoy the supine twist to much – wonder if my opposite shoulder will ever touch the mat—doesn't matter, as it feels so good.

  6. Thank you so much, Adriene! Definitely felt improvement in my courage (and confidence!!) afterwards. 🦁🧡✨🙏🏻💫🌟💙

  7. I certainly did this practice few months back and I remembered it was hard to keep up with….today I managed somehow, there was quite some sweating but still, I made it! Thank you Adriene for being there for us 😍

  8. Great practice. Lion's breath was very satisfying! Did want to note that the captions were off – it looks like a caption file from another video may have been uploaded to this one. Captioned Adriene & video Adriene were doing two different practices!

  9. Such a great flow to star the day feeling strong & capable ! Great for mind & body .Thank you,Adriene x

  10. I've just been offered a new job and i'm so excited but i know it's going to challenge and push me out of my comfort zone. I really connected with this practise and felt courage flolwing into my body. So powerful.

  11. One of my favorite flows 🙂 Thank you so much Adriene and community. We all need to support one another with courage in these times. Namaste!

  12. I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have been doing a practice daily for the past half-year with your videos, but the past few months your practices have really helped me through some difficult times in my life. I do not think I would be as hopeful, as at peace, and positive without them. Thank you so much for sharing your time. 🙂 This one really helped me today. Namaste.

  13. Thank you for this practice Adriene, feeling a little better than I did earlier, however I didn’t finish the practice because I’m hungry lol so I’m going to go eat.

  14. Day 30 complete my sister and I had mixed feelings on this one. Also another thing is that for me the captions weren't even for this video but I think it might be my phone rather than her video. I'm just wondering which video my phone took the captions from.

  15. Thank you Adriene! I really felt like I connected with my body well during this practice today. My back feels amazing after this, and I am surprised by how much stronger my core has gotten. Thus would have killed Mr last year. I appreciate all of your encouragement. You are a blessing.

  16. I'm in the process of finding myself and all the qualities that I believe I once had. Thank you Adriene!

  17. One of my very favorite practices. I'm so glad I got to share it with everyone as we near the end of our July together.

  18. For the first time in my life i have done yoga , really loving the light feeling ❤️ will definitely try your monthly calendar for August ❤️

  19. These days my knees are true troublemakers so I chose to find the courage to fully accept my limitations and work "with" them as opposed to "against" them. Beautiful, eye-opening practice indeed! Thank you Adriene and thank you all the beautiful people around the world who are breathing together.

  20. I showed courage to show up today indeed! I was travelling and I couldn't follow the calander for the past two days; althought I was busy today I could find time to do this amazing practice which I had done before! Now I feel really relaxed after the journey. I promised myself not to miss any days!
    Process day 30.namaste❤

  21. Just a note that the subtitles appear to be out of sync for this video. Otherwise, a great practice, as always!
