  1. Thank you Adriene to remind us all the true essence of yoga. I started the session with the intension on working superficially on body part's but you gently reminded me why I do yoga… To connect my mind-body-soul, to show self-love and to gain energy. XO

  2. Thankyou! I’ve been watching your videos for a while but now with more stress in my life I’ve come back to them to seek help. And I feel amazing 😍 as always your videos are great help for my body and now even my booty! Girl! Yess! I’m here for it.

  3. Great session! Have to be careful around the lower back area, but it felt good! Hopefully the spasms have left the area. Chest got a good workout with the planks. I feel that planks can be a good substitute for crunches since the strain is in the core and not on the back muscles. Who knows. Thanks and not to enjoy the rest of the day! Thanks Tex!

  4. And today I learned that I’ve been doing squats incorrectly since middle school gym class – its about the glutes on that raise. Also, my hamstrings after doing those went from strung bowstrings to chill in about a second flat. That alone made me sigh a sweaty victory. Namaste Adriene and thank you.

  5. Yoga with Adriene, for me, is the only way to start my day. Thank you so much for being here for us. I have a visit with Adriene, every morning. So refreshing.

  6. here i am thinking i either did everything wrong or i've become really strong lol. bc that workout was indeed sweaty and strengthening but… it wasn't that hard for me?? maybe doing YWA for almost every single day in the last 2 years is finally paying off!

  7. Oh dear, after that sequence of squats, when I lay down and think "the best part is coming!", I get Adriene's gentle invitation to tone the abs… She makes it so nice and easy that I just can't refuse and not follow her. This is her magic!

  8. Thank you Adriene for today’s practice. It helped me to let go of some guilt I was holding onto, and that I don’t need to carry. It was difficult to follow my breath because I was crying, but I let myself cry and then get back on track.

  9. I did not want to do this practice today. I felt icky, anxious, and achey. But I'm so glad I persevered and did it! I feel totally rejuvenated!

  10. Adriene, thank you for sticking out over the past year. I have been in an insecure state since covid. I have been worrying about my future, working at a job that I did not picture myself in, wanting my body to look sexy, over complicating my next meal, workout, worrying about how I look, etc. My anxiety has gone through the roo! My life is no where near what I want it to be. Today I really wanted to do a HIIT workout, instead I d allowed myself to feel, allowed my self to relax and realize it's ok to take it easy sometimes. I don't need to go to the gym everyday and lift heavy ass weights. All I need is my mat. I want to push myself further, believe in myself more. Your videos, your classes have helped me see hope. They have helped me achieved confidence, strength, flexibility, support, and most importantly self love. I have been on this yoga journey with you since 2018, I have felt a difference in my personality and outlook on life. I feel so loved everytime I roll out my mat; even on the days that feel like crap. I am tearing up as I write this, but the YWA community has helped through hardships, and I can't thank you enough. I have learned to be patient with my self and maybe one day I too will become a Yoga instructor. For now, I will continue on this journey and continue to learn. Gracias por todo y gracias por estar en mi vida loca. Con mucho amor y paz.

  11. What kind of cruel torture was this 🥵 this was not what I wanted for my yoga practice during a heatwave 😂 I was sweating so bad I needed a shower after 👌🏻🙈 so many squats!

  12. Pretty glad right now that I live alone (apart from a posse of furry friends) as cultivating that heat when our weather is so uncomfortably hot saw me stripping to my underwear 10 minutes into this 🤣 I'm thankful for the PROCESS but I honestly did not enjoy it one bit x
