  3. I don't know that I would call myself a newbie…. throughout my 20s, I did Yoga and Pilates nearly every day… but sadly, I fell out of that routine. I'm so thankful that all I have to do is go to YouTube and find a video to help ease me back into it… I'm 39 and I can't jump right into the harder stuff right off the bat quite like I used to. 😂😂😭😭 This video is fantastic… Not too long, not too grueling… I like that there's no distracting music and I appreciate so much that you don't have a fake smile plastered across your face. You're extremely down to earth in the way you do this! And thank you for giving a reference of time to stick with this beginner's vid! Much appreciated! After this, I need to figure out which video of yours to progress too! 🖤🖤🖤

  4. Hi. I'm severely overweight but thought I'd give yoga a try so it's not so hard on my joints. The problem I'm finding is that I cannot do the positions where I have to be on fall fours because it hurts my knees. Is there an alternative? Thanks.

  7. Hi Adriene. Thank you. Finally a beginners yoga I can start and finish! I’m 60 yrs of age. And was in very good shape walking a couple miles a day in CO so higher altitude when I was diagnosed with cancer which I beat. But I’m weak. I’m trying to rebuild my immune system and my strength. Could you recommend to me a series or set of your videos that will keep me challenged for a few months while I get back into the habit of a yoga practice? This beginners one is great. And your vibe is encouraging and helpful. I hope you have a few videos for me to get started. I’ll use this beginners one for my first week. Thank you. I appreciate your cheerful and gentle energy. 😊

  8. I think I stayed in downward dog for a whole… maybe 5 seconds? 😅😭 I suppose it will take time. I’ll be returning to this video until I can do a downward dog for as long as she does in the video!

  9. Thank you so much Adriene for this beginner's practice. So I thought I would do this one for 4 or 5 days. Where should I go when I'm done with this one? Is there a "next" for beginners?
