  2. This is my fourth day doing Yoga. I've been doing Yoga everyday. There is significant less tension in my body. I feel more relaxed and I am more flexible and I actually have more muscles on my abs.

  3. Thank you for sharing your practice. I heard many great things about you and wanted to try your videos, but I honestly could not complete the video. Your continuous non stop talking was really distracting and defies the purpose of the usual calming and meditating energy that comes from yoga. I found myself rushing and distracted by your voice. I wish you had some pauses between each pose just to give us a chance to relax. Anyways, this might work for some people but it did not work for me. Namaste.

  4. granted this is a video so you can stop, pause and rewind it but your speaking way too fast and the warm ups are definetly not for beginniners, this seems way to advanced. Go slow and easy then step of the speed but for any beginner probably not the best approach with this.

  5. Thank you, Kino, for making this video! I was lucky to practice your other beginner videos before this video! I laughed after reading other comments saying that this was too hard for beginners. I am grateful that I started watching and following you at the right time and I had time to prepare for this video. If I had started yoga with this video, I would have discouraged as same as others! I am lucky and grateful! Namaste 🙏

  6. I love yoga and I like this video but I could do without the pseudoscientific claims about twisting postures detoxifying the digestive system. The liver detoxifies the body and that's how healthy livers work. Yes, yoga in general increases blood flow and it could positively affect the body but there are no specific postures that can actually affect the cellular and biochemical workings of the digestive system to improve its function. Just eat properly with more whole foods to keep your liver healthy. Just saying, as it really is not helpful and that was very distracting and I couldn't concentrate on my practice because I have zero tolerance for pseudoscience. I beg of you, please do not spread bad science.
