  1. and there is me successfully hurting myself even with bedtime yoga…👁👄👁 I just wanted to feel relaxed like other people on the comments but I guess I'll sleep with pain tonight… 💀

  2. I’m new to yoga after being introduced to chair yoga at a recent event. Your channel was recommended to me by Sophie Rogers, the lady who taught the chair yoga and I’ve been looking out for videos ever since. I don’t have much space in my room but I gave it a good go. So relaxing!

  3. Working hard all day yoga is helping me, but I just can't help to cry at the end of the day. this episode really reaaaallly helped me sleep, thank you, Adriene

  4. I am so glad I came across this video! As someone who is struggling with sleep-related issues, I am stoked to try these exercises!

  5. I don't know what happened, but I just fell asleep in the middle of the session and woke up very refreshed even if I don't have complete 6-8 hrs of sleep. It's like I was reborn, no tension in my body, and no jerks because I lack sleep.

  6. I love this, it’s been a while since I’ve done this. My body was a little stiff especially my legs 🦵 but I want to continue to do this so that I can get my flexibility back. I love all of your videos and I will continue to use them. Thank you for sharing them, you are amazing 🤩

  7. Thank you soo much. During the lockdown, I had some time to try some things you have mentioned. It was soo relaxing! You are so kind Adriene. This really helps😊

  8. To my friends in the comment section: I wish you all the best today, tonight, tomorrow, and every day. I notice a lot of us feeling emotional during this practice, and I want you to know that everyone here is in your corner and rooting for you. You'll get through whatever you're going through, and I'm proud of you.

  9. Adrienne: I want to accommodate all my brothers and sisters out there
*proceeds to flip half her body over her head*
    Also Adrienne: Breathe…

  10. I love doing this practice before bed, but Youtube really needs to figure out what ads to show and NOT to show before Adriene whisks me away to dreamland.

  11. Thank you! this was really relaxing before sleep. I was able to calm down, and slowly get tired. Now I’m ready to have a good night sleep. Nama stay.

  12. I have very bad sciatica for a few years. Decided to do this last nite. Just when i lay down on the floor and breathed out gently, i felt my sacrum clicked n shifted inwards! It was such a great relief after many years! Ty so much adriene!

  13. Thank you so much Adriene, I am new to this channel and I am extremely delighted in what I am seeing. I certainly am grateful to have you!
