  1. I did some baking this afternoon before yoga. All planned, popped something in the oven that would be fine until after today's class. Dog then decides she has to go outside! Hence finding a shorter practice, so pleased I did. This is a lovely practice. Namaste

  2. I feel like a new woman. Thanks eternally, Adriene! Every time I do a yoga vid of yours I am so so glad I did and ask myself why I don't do it more often, and tell myself that I should start a regular practice blah blah.

But THIS time I am actually genuinely motivated to (that's HUGE for me as someone who basically has motivation for nothing for about 11 years). And not even my procrastination, laziness or depression will stop me as I truly have been loving it the few times I've managed to practise yoga over the past 6mths or so for depression and even moreso recently after a tough break up. It has been my almost a lifesaver for my mental health in these times and I am so grateful yoga and you and your channel exist(s).

Starting one of your 30 day challenges tomorrow with my mum and so excited to surrender to this process and reap the benefits !

  3. Had very little time to do my regular morning yoga so picked this shorter one, great to set me up for my rushed day in these anxious times we live in. Namaste πŸ™ πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ

  4. When the practise started I was almost in a panic attack, right now, after the sesion finished, I'm feeling so calm and good, thank you Adriene for this lafe saver practises, I apreciate them all so much, namaste <3

  5. I was just in a negative thought cycle and it just wouldn’t stop. Thankfully I found the strength in myself to get out of it and yoga it out. Thank you πŸ™πŸΌ

  6. Currently dealing with a setback in my anxiety recovery, struggling with being at home alone whilst also suffering with agoraphobia.
This video helps me to feel calm every time, even if only for half hour or so.
But thank you so much for that. It’s half hour that saves me for the day
