A 33-minute practice to ground physically and energetically. In this session, we will focus on using the power of breath and movement to create equilibrium from the inside out.   4. So hard for me to complete this practice today. Not because i wasnt up for it. But because one of my 6 week old kittens kept walking on the keyboard and pausing, skipping, etc. Its all good though. i love that i rescued these 2. One always stops whatever hes doing to hop on the mat with me.

    i got a question anybody? does anybody feels weird tension/ blood pressure/warmth in upper body while doing warrior and after warrior when you take your arms down then i feel it. is it normal? i do not have blood pressure problems, sometimes heart palpitations but its under control and its not harmfull so i would like to know if i should be aware of something?

  6. Before I started this practice my body felt tired, and i; annoyed and bothered for some unknown reason. After this practice I feel strong, capable, heard, accepted, loved and grateful.
