  4. I'm a 66 yr. old with a 30 yrs. younger wife that's flexible as any possible, I have lower back pains occionaly from a 30 yrs ago car werck. I bought the Bowflex tool @ my wifes surgestion which helps my back pain. Now i'm able too do the yoga exrcises with her; i know i'll never compeat with her movement but i'm having less backpain. Yoga works. 🇺🇸🐇

  6. Personally, I prefer a more mindful slow paced practice where you can focus on your breath. Too fast, too many “awesome guys” for me. But that’s just my taste 🙂

  9. That was one of the best I’ve seen for us beginners. Thank you so much. Not that I am really a beginner. This was a big part of our warm up and cool down for Martial Art Training. And due to a bad knee I’ve neglected to keep stretching. Now after knee surgery,I’m tight as a drum. Seen a lot of video on very advance contortion and stretching. That takes years to achieve again. But at 66 I’m looking for a very simple routine. Thank you. Your is proof that it’s working. You are beautifully designed. By purpose. Nice job.
