Mindful Seated Yoga | 25 Min Beginner Friendly Stretches – All Levels



A gentle seated yoga class with stretches designed to be done with a meditative awareness (mindfulness). This practice is accessible, convenient and open to all levels, especially beginners.

The class begins with neck stretches, simple twists, side bends and seated cat/cows. We will ease into a gentle, yet deep shoulder/chest opener, and then a slow moving sequence to stretch the hamstrings, hips, low back and glutes. The class ends with a guided body scan meditation.

  3. thank you so much for these! i just wanted to say that i would really love to see an intermediate seated class/yin class or an adapted vinyasa class! i love that we have the seated yoga for those of us that are disabled, but would definitely love to have maybe one of the more challenging classes adapted for the disabled yogis! 🥰

    i’m absolutely obsessed with your ground and release class from september 2020 and still use it regularly, but of course have to adapt it after about 15:30ish in. the start of that class is sooo beautiful as well as feels amazing, and i love tiger pose, as well as tree pose, warrior 2, and back bends! i just miss having that beautiful strength and flow in my yoga practice, y’know?
