  2. Hi, I would like to ask if the use of meditation is bad (sin) because I read that meditation, yoga, … is bad for Christians, they say it is demonic?.

  6. This meditation is perfect for me just now. My Mum passed away last week and the mantra in this meditation is just what I need. It helps me to allow my Mum to leave. I will be doing it the morning of her funeral. Thank-you

  10. i couldn't get out of my head and find the peace. i feel so broken not being able to help myself feel better through this video. i love your videos regardless, but just wasn't able to get out of my head and into the video this time. any advice?

  11. I've been doing this meditation every morning since The end of May now. I started out because of The biggest mental breakdown I experienced this far in life. And this video made such a different for me. I felt like I was totally lost in my own head, but practicing yoga and meditation has been my saviour. Thanks Adriene ❤❤
