  1. Took me months to get my butt off the floor but now I'm in my 7th month and I can get my butt and feet up (with block assistance under my hands)!!!

  2. Funny enough, I have always found this posture quite easy. When I was a teenager and didn´t practice yoga, I began doing it on my on, just for fun. Now I have a regular yoga practice, and almost sice day one I have been able o pull that of =) lucky me!

  3. I tried this and I can actually lift up, but my lotus isn't as deep as yours, would this effect my knees later on?, is they any recommendations to deepen my lotus even more without force? , also is it safe that my ankles feel a little stiff or perhaps achy if i stay in lotus for a long time, such as 10 breaths for each asanas, the last three asanas of the primary series, is this perfectly safe or am I doing something incorrect, but they is no pain what so ever in the knees.

  4. Is they a beginners modification for this, if I can't yet perform lotus, could i still practice this, perhaps with one leg in lotus, whilst the other leg can be crossed casually while still squeezing into the chest, like half lotus? as a starting point for Utpluthih, would you recommend this as a good way to start until i develop more flexibility in my hips for lotus?

  5. I am realy impressed by the fact that you always keep talking effordlessly while demonstrating asanas :-).
