Can I do these asanas,I have knee arthritis and pain in inner side ( towards other knee) of the knee joint and lower part of of the knee joint on front side of the knee.. please reply… and if I want to do tree pose then it gives more pressure on knee..so which asans should I do and which are not 🙏
