  1. i just tried this for the first time last night, i read somewhere that it sends a rush of nutrient rich blood to your brain as well as the head stand pose. i felt it. i felt like my brain was well fed. i just knew as i was going to bed that it was goin to be an interesting night and it was. i had the most vivid dreams ive had in my entire life. it was insane.
