  1. Thanks Adriene. I do a lot of weight lifting and martial arts. After each practice or difficult lift, I go into prayer position. Lately however, Ive been doing it out of habit rather than intention. Thank you for reminding me why I pray. I pray out of gratitude for my body, struggle, and determination.

  2. Does anyone else waves back at Adriene at the end too? I feel a bit loony haha but the videos always feels so intimate, as if she's right in your house. Thanks for this wonderful practice Adriene!

  3. I do not understand the humble warrior, bend over position – all my weight is pressed into my front leg, how do you press into your back foot if all your body weight is going forward???

  4. Process – Day 2
    I love her message towards the end. I've been working towards self-care and expression. Today's session has been really helpful. I'm amazed at how positive and amazing I feel. I'm glad to discover her channel yesterday. Sweaty, but fulfilled.

How many people are in pain, or mentally uneasy, or looking to grow, or looking to come back to themselves, and turn to you. I turn to you for all these scenarios. So thank you; for doing this great service for us. For being so authentic in the true sense of the word. For being human and you in this digital world, I feel such positive connection to you in all of your classes.

  9. I loved this practice! I felt so powerful standing in that starfish pose! Lol. It made me happy xD I'm one day behind on July calendar but I promise I will catch up!
