Full-Body Vinyasa Flow| 35 min Yoga Class – Intermediate- Advanced Level| Yoga with Yana



Hello to all the vinyasa and power yogis!

Today’s class is a full-body free flow that is designed to help you get out of your head and help you connect to your body and breath! This class is a bit faster in pace and is designed to be a moving meditation. Get ready to sweat and engage every muscle in your body! Although this class is more intermediate- advanced, everyone is welcome to join in and challenge themselves! Variations will be given for most poses so if you need to modify any pose, please use whatever variation works best for you! If you are a beginner and feel like you would like to learn the basics and fundamentals of each pose first, feel free to check out the Yoga for Beginners series first! I hope at the end of this class you are feeling empowered, refreshed, sweaty, and good overall! Stay tuned for more power and full-body flows every Friday!

  1. Wow, okay so I came in to this workout feeling like I just wanted to work out for the sake of it,
    during the active flow part I was rushing through it, without paying too much attention to my body.

    All of that until the slow part of the workout, the moment it hit and it slowed down I started feeling the full effects,
    I became aware of how I wanted to rush that workout and get it over with ( in general you're in that state of mind for long perdios of times without noticing it)
    My body felt much more relaxed . I loved it thank you!

  5. I can't really say that I'm "intermediate" but I was able to get a lot from this flow. Yana's instructions were clear and she gave alternatives to the poses for people like me. I'm getting stronger!

  6. That was a great flow thank you yana! Could i request a yoga workout for hip pain my left hip has been hurting for a few days and have a great weekend yana:)
