    This is my 3rd β€œ30 day” practice. Still going back to the beginning of the channel and slowly working my way through all the (relevant) videos (past the point of needing prenatalπŸ˜‰πŸ˜†)

  3. I really hope this lowers down my anxiety. Somehow I managed to do exercise for last two months…but it has not helped me to deal with anxiety. If I can pull that exercise routine,I can definitely do this!

  6. just started. i was really depressed and feel empty for days but after doing this i feel butterflies lol. i did yoga before around a week. with you im starting again. i can do it!!!

  7. so I woke up today feeling like poop lol my back has been super tight lately so I haven't been sleeping well, and I thought ''maybe a yoga class will help me with that''.. This was my first time ever doing yoga and I'm hooked !!!! Adriene you are amazing!!!! can't wait for day 2!
