  3. Your yoga classes are amazing! I've only recently found them as I'm isolating with covid but today I've done 3 hours worth of yoga and feel physically and mentally like I'm glowing ! You are such an amazing teacher and have the most calming voice ! I have just completed this video before going to bed and nearly fell asleep towards the end I was that relaxed ! I can't thankyou you enough you really have made this bearable !!!
