  1. This is my first yoga session. I am a nursing student under a lot of stress as this week has been extremely heavy and I felt all the tension release from my back. I usually go to a chiropractor but with how my schedule has been I haven't had the time. This is now going to be a nightly routine for me. Thank you so much!!!
