Awaken The Artist Within | Yoga With Adriene

Yoga to Awaken Your Inner Artist. Let go of the distractions and tap into your creative energy with this warming flow to help cultivate your artistic expression.

This fluid practice creates heat while encouraging a healthy flow of energy to support you in feeling a clear presence in body and mind. In this practice we focus on expansion and contraction, just like the creative process. Play within the structure to create, find freedom within the form. Call in an intuitive state while honoring the practice of being in the moment.

Learn to trust and enjoy the process while you stretch and strengthen the body, expand, and co-create with the breath.

  1. Hello darling friends! This practice encourages us to quiet the thinking mind and feel it out.
How are you feeling after today's practice?

  2. I usually do 20-minute yoga practises but today I decided to try a longer one for awhile. The time just flew by!! I can't believe it was 40 minutes. I feel energized and relaxed at the same time hahah

  3. To those of you commenting sharing your consistent practice – I am so proud of you!! <3 I will get there one day, and until then I will pick up again and again 🙂 xo

  4. if you let himsleep during the day hes gonna be wandering about in the night he'll have you awake too, poke him or something

  5. The whole practice i was like 5 seconds behind Adriene or choosing to do something different. Rather than seeing it as 'failing' I decided to embrace my inner artist – clearly she had a different idea of the flow she wanted, and that's ok!

  6. I got out of the habit after getting a new job and moving, trying to get back on it. (Of course, trying to do this before work this morning, we had a power outage at about the 30 minute mark, and with no internet I couldn't finish the video….XD ) My wrist really give me trouble though! Do you have any playlists or suggestions for practices that are light on the wrists and do more movement and strength work elsewhere in the body? I'm working on the ergonomics at work but I do computer work all day and it just kills my right wrist, and lots of weight on my hands during yoga does NOT help 🙁

  7. Only made it halfway through this practice today! My muscles were much too overworked i think. Will return to try again tomorrow 💜 sending love to you all and thank you Adrienne for all you do

  8. This gotta be my favourite so far. For me it felt very long unlike other practices of Adriene, but rather than a hassle it was more like a fun journey.

  9. Day 6 complete my sister and I liked the downward dog to tabletop movement but disliked all the other down dogs June 15, 2021

  10. Benji is so cute, I love his look at the camera at the start and how he runs in his dream, such a good boy 💙🐶🐾. Thank you for this practice, Namaste 🙏🧘‍♀️☮💕

  11. It wasn't until the end with the fancy core work poses that I remembered I'd done this one before.

I did most of the 30 Days of Yoga in January but missed the last few days because we moved halfway across the country. That was, um, quite the life change and I just hadn't gotten back into regular yoga practice. I realized this week that I missed it. I completed the newest video on Monday and this one today. I've been used to a 15 minute HIIT so was strong but it felt so good to move back into yoga. Compared to HIIT, this seemed delightfully slow and so good. Excited to be back 🙂

  12. What a beautiful practice, due to allergy finding mornings a bit harder to get going at present, feel wonderful after that, ready to get my day going thank you! 🙏🏻💜xx

  13. Did you giggle with "long and strong" because it should be followed by Sir Mixalot saying "& down to get the friction on?"

  14. Just the right length and had all the best poses for a great workout—plus Benji fun. Thank you, Adriene!

  15. I just started a 5-day self-guided artist retreat — and this was just what I needed to ease in. your timing, impeccable as always. thank you!!

  16. Hi!! I loved the practice. I have a question, how can I avoid tension on the neck when doing down facing dog?

  17. Enjoying this one all over again except for the foot cramps that kept getting in the way. 🧘‍♀️❤️
