  1. I love all your sequences, it is warm, never break the body , slow and covers the details that normal video tutorials might miss. Your online class teaches me better than many the real classes (in my experience) and again practice the same video, multiple times. I have been doing yoga for 10 years.   2. I really love this practice. I suffer from neck and shoulders problems, and it's really helpful. Like all the flows that Paula shares here, it's really gentle and energizing at the same time. I feel so much better whenever I do a weekly program with Paula's channel!
