  7. Thanks. Please try to sync your talking to the movement. I tried to concentrate ob your speech but when I gave a glimpse to the screen, your where at least one movement ahead.
    This is more confusing when you even name the poses wrong. At 21:30 you said low lunge but showed a warrior one.

  8. how is this a flow video? real question? felt like a challenging exercise versus a flow? do you have a flow video?
