  1. Thank you Flo. What alternative can I do for the second pose (leaning back over bent knees). I have bad knees and can’t go further than a hinge. In your other classes I sit cross legged as opposed to on knees. Thank you for the advice. (I am loving your Ignite classes!)

  2. I have a bad habit of always being on the go. Even when im trying to sleep my mind is in overdrive. This was a good routine to help me slow down and relax. Almost fell asleep in deer pose lol. Thanks for this.

  3. For the moves that show straight legs out in front while you bend more forward, does it matter that you focus on the legs more or the back more or it doesn't matter? I don't reach almost any back bend with the first pose if my legs are straight. Just as the caterpillar pose, I can bend my knees and bend forward but the legs straight then and bending is a no-no. I'm able to do the back bend you did here with just one pillow and I've done it with no pillows before. This is with my tight hips from chronic tightness in my thighs and legs at times for years. I'm able to do just about all poses as shown. But I've been wondering on these. Thanks! :3

But I just got up to stop the video at 21:09 because I was managing just perfectly well "entering expanded states of consciousness" but your talking actually brought me out of it… Maybe you should say that at the beginning of shavasana and then put some relaxing music to pull the yoginis into it? Just saying 🤷
