  1. This was a little challenging, but it have a nice flow to it. It was only a 20 minutes class but she managed to fit a lot in, very enjoyable.

  3. Wheeeww this one was quite difficult for my very beginner self! I fell out a lot. And my balance is horrendous 😥 one day this will be better!

  4. This was a really fun and flowy balance one leg class! Thank you! Did I miss the second side leg stretch in front of the body? I love your balance based flows. You have that 12 minute peaceful flow with the white shirt and blue loose pants, that’s also one of my favorites. I even did it at the airport the other day. There’s also one movement not repeated on the other side but I’m just adding ist now that I know the flow. You are just amazing and generous for providing the best contest for free! And you both look happy as new parents 🙂

  5. Love love love this flow (and all your flows)! (There is a missing standing twist in the 2nd side, left leg out in front) but it’s easy to add on your own.

  6. I always underestimated shivasana and have never really researched it. Today I realised that it had practically cured my insomnia and lack of disciple when getting up. Now I just think relax the toes or move the toes and roll to the side and feel gratitude in sitting position and stand up.. I am soo happy. It has made my mornings better, frustration free and I m starting to feel like a morning person. Thank You!!!
