15 Minute Yoga Stretch Break | Open Your Body & Feel Amazing!

Take a quick break from your day to stretch and open up your entire body. This 15-minute all levels flow will leave you feeling calm, yet focused to help you stay productive.

The class starts in tabletop to flow through cat/cow and spinal waves into cobra pose. The warm up continues with kneeling side body stretches and mini camel heart-openers. Rest in child’s pose with a deep shoulder stretch and then hold downward facing dog.
Practice three-legged dog, pyramid, high lunge, warrior II, triangle, reverse triangle and low lunge twist. Open the chest with cobra, upward facing dog and melting heart pose.
The class ends with a seated neck stretch and a few minutes of quiet, mindful reflection.

I hope you love the class! Let me know in the comments how it leaves you feeling 😊

Much love x
