A 15 minute pilates yoga fusion workout is a total body workout that will tone your core & abs, strengthen your glutes, and sculpt the entire lower body. This Boho Beautiful Pilates yoga flow will use yoga blocks to help you deepen the intensity of the exercises, however if you don’t have blocks at home you can improvise or do the toning exercises without anything at all.
Remember to breathe and push yourself to a limit that you feel comfortable. With time your body will get stronger and each exercise will get easier.
