  1. If you have ever been in a bad mood and then the weather outside literally changes, that's Yoga with Adriene. I don't know Adriene personally, and I also don't have a concept of sunlight as something tangible. And yet, there is something pleasant in your life all of a sudden, and it can only be called radiant energy.

Personally, on days I'm not feeling like doing anything, I do a few poses in bed and listen to the end of one of your videos. Would you ever consider doing a video for us to do in bed?

  3. thank you! i am starting university tomorrow, and i also have a cold and a weird sleeping schedule. this helped me calm down in time to get enough sleep before my big day tomorrow but wasnt too overwhelming to do while sick.

    (also, benji is even more adorable than usual here)

  4. Have you got a reverse practise I could do in bed, to rise in the morning with 5-10 minutes of yoga to help with mobility and setting intentions? I'd love a video from you on this topic, as someone with a disability, there are times when getting out of bed in the mornings can feel quite challenging. It would be nice to have something to help me start my day on the right foot, with best intentions, and feeling hopeful and grateful. Thanks!
