  1. I don’t know if you’ll see this but I’m in a stressful phase of my life and getting to take time to do something like this after running and remember to really replenish my mental strength has been very very good for me. I’m writing this right after exercising and following one of your 15ish minute videos and I’m feeling pretty good. Will be recommending to my friends and family

  2. Thank you, Bird. Your yoga workouts always hit the spot. So enjoyable to wake up to and stretch out the aches and pains. Blessings and love to you and all who work out with you. πŸ§‘πŸ’•πŸ™

  3. Hi! I did this stretch this morning thank you! I wanted to know, do you think doing these kind of stretching will help in any way for toning? Thank you for your videos, they’re perfect for me.

  4. A year ago I started out with yoga being a chore to better myself and my mind. Found you and you singlehandedly turned my experience from "oh man I still gotta do yoga tonight" into "today was a really rough day I can't wait to roll out the mat tonight" and I'll be forever grateful for this.
